By CAR:
For the one who feel a bit adventurous and with some extra time to spare, we highly recommend to drive there. The journey will take you through several European countries and can be mostly done by motorways. You can choose to travel through Austria to Zagreb, from there join the motorway to Zadar, or travel through France and Italy and then through Rijeka along the Adriatic coast to Vodice. (Alternatively, take a ferry from Italy (Ancona) to Zadar: a bit more expensive option!)
