Sometimes we do have last-minute cancellations. In those cases we can offer 30% discount if ready to travel on short notice. Check with us.

After your booking is confirmed and paid for you will receive the house keys, maps and an extensive information pack by recorded delivery.

We are based in North West London, so you can always give us a call come for a chat. We will be more than happy to meet you in person and answer all your questions.

If booked within one month before departure, we would expect a payment in full.
If your booking is more than one month in advance a payment of 30% of the booking price is required.
During winter months when heating might be required 500 kW of electricity usage is included in the price. Each additional kW is charged 20 pence/kW. We advise you to check the electricity meter in the hall on your arrival and departure to avoid any misunderstandings.
Please look after bicycles! Make sure to use chain-locks provided if leaving them unattended outside the house. For loss or extensive damage of bicycles a replacement fee of £60 will be charged.

1st July to 31st August:	£ 450 per week
